The Friendly Bench™ in The New York Times

We were thrilled to read of the Minister of Loneliness, Baroness Barran's, support for The Friendly Bench™ in her interview with The New York Time's columnist, Nicholas Kristof.

Talking about the ministry's Let's Talk Loneliness campaign, Diana Barran shared how the Government are supporting The Friendly Bench™ and other projects to help connect communities and help tackle loneliness and social isolation.

For our work to be shared on such an international platform is amazing and we are very excited about the opportunities this is presenting.

Here's the article Let’s Wage a War on Loneliness - The condition isn’t just depressing. It can be deadly.
